Mechanics

There are a variety of unique mechanics in the Betweenlands mod.

Aspects: The process of distilling natural aspects out of ingredients in Herblore.
Corrosion: Causes Betweenlands tools and weapons to become less effective over time.
Decay: Causes the player to rot away over time while in the Betweenlands.
Food Sickness: Eating too much of the same food will give diminishing returns.
Middle Gem Circle: A rock-paper-scissors mechanic revolving around Middle Gems.
Radial Equipment Menu: The system for equipping special items onto the player.
Stench: Certain sources cause the player to smell really, really bad.
