An Underground Oasis with a Giant Bulb-Capped Mushroom
Underground Oases are terrain structures that generate in the Cavern and Lake Cavern layers. They are small caves featuring a luscious patch of grass with various plants, a ceiling covered in stalactites, and a central monster spawner.
Despite their risks, Underground Oases can be a relief to players lost underground in search of restoring hunger or decay, and may also be prime places to set up mob farms.
Composition[]
Underground Oases consist of:
Betweenstone, as the walls of the cave
Swamp Grass, on the floor
Swamp Dirt, between the grass and cave walls- Stalactite, hanging from the ceiling
- Swamp Tallgrass, commonly on the grass
- Double Swamp Tallgrass, occasionally on the grass
- Bulb-Capped Mushroom, occasionally on the grass
- Weeping Blue, occasionally on the grass
- Monster Spawner, in the center of the cave
Mobs[]
The Monster Spawner in an Underground Oasis is capable of spawning Swamp Hags, Wights, Blood Snails, Termites, or Leeches.
Structures[]
Giant Bulb-Capped Mushrooms can rarely spawn within Underground Oases.
